Product: Deskjet 3700
Operating System: iOS

I just converted to a new ATT fiber network. I can not get the network to recognize my Deskjet 3700 printer. I tried setting it up as a new printer with no luck. The router to the fiber network does not have any buttons such as a WPS button which is mentioned in the install instructions. Any suggestions for getting it on the new network?

@TomNo, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you are trying to connect the printer to the router.

 

If the router does not have a WPS button, you will have to setup the printer by using wifi-direct.

 

Refer to this document - HP printer setup (Wi-Fi Direct)

The default password is 12345678.
