Product: HP DeskJet 2742e All-in-One Printer

I recently purchased an lap top and a printer.  I am having issues with the wireless printer connecting to the laptop.  It will print a test page but says its offline when I try and print anything else

I understand that you are I’d like to help!

 

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

 

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only. 

What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?

Meanwhile, perform the steps from this document and see how it goes 

 

Select the current OS from this link and update the firmware if available.
