I have had my HP LJ Pro for some time and love it.

However, I signed up for T-Mobile's Home internet and although I set it up easily, I could not get my printer to connect to the new network from T-Mobile (we'll call this network BILL)  it is WPA3.  Everything else (phones, Ipads, computer) connects flawlessly.  Except my printer.

As I went through the process of adding my printer to the BILL it was able to find it, but when it did, it stated that it had no encryption and when I clicked OK on the tiny printer monitor it just showed a spinning circle for about 5 minutes and then said it could not connect.

So I called T-Mobile tech support (they actually have a phone number where you can speak with people who are interested in helping you).  So I went through everything with the rep and she recommended we create a second network using 2.4 gh and lowered the security to WPA2 (we'' call this network TED) instead of the WPA3 (BILL).  This allowed the printer to find the TED and connect to it.  But now I can't add the printer because my computer is using the BILL the higher security WPA3 network.  When I change my computer's network over to connect to TED I can locate the printer but I cannot connect to it.

So my question is how can I add my printer to the BILL the original WPA3 wireless network.  I am in the financial services industry and I need to protect my files as best as I can, so I prefer the higher security network.

Thanks for any help you can provi
