Trying to connect Laser Jet Pro MFP M125nw to internet network

I can’t figure out how to connect my printer to a new wireless network. I follow the directions on the screen to push the WPS button on the router and then press ok but it doesn’t find the network. I am also unable to print when I connect the computer to the printer manually via a usb cord. Thanks for any help you can provide!!!

I'd like to help!

We can perform a factory defaults and then reconfigure the network

• The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
• I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
