Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

I started new wireless internet service at  my home today and no matter what I try I can't connect my printer to the wifi. I have been trying for almost three hours and nothing is working. I've used the app. I've followed the instructions and nothing is working. Of course my printer is out of warranty so I can't get any help from HP which is sort of crazy to me since the instructions I'm being provided aren't working.

First thing you need to make sure that a new wi-fi is a 2,4GHz band because most new wireless routers are 5GHz band and you need to enable 2.4GHz band. Your printer model can only connect to 2,4GHz wi-fi band.

When you have enabled and confirmed you have a 2,4GHz band you can use wireles setup mode
