Product: HP ENVY Pro 6455 All-in-One Printer

I recently got married and moved in with my husband, but I can't connect my printer to his network. I've restarted the router, the laptop, and the printer multiple times. The only time I can see the printer is if I have connected via USB.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I understand that you are facing connectivity issues. I’d like to help!

 

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only. 

What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?

 

Perform the steps from this document and this should help.

 

Update the firmware. Click here
