HP Recommended

I have just moved and now have a new WiFi network. My printer won’t connect to the new network. I have an Envy 6455e. 
The app said I could print out instructions. This did not work. 
The digital assistant said to hold the WiFi and cancel buttons at the same time to get it into set-up mode. This also did not work. 
Any help is appreciated.
