Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw

Need to reset my Encryption Credentials on this printer from an iMac running 13.2.1.  Everything suggested does not work on this iMac or a Apple Laptop running on 12.6.3 to reset Credentials.

I followed the instructions that I found earlier and it seemed to work.  I now have my printer online with the Comcast modem/router.
