Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7958e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina
HP Envy 7900 series.
Message says "Unable to connect to ‘HP ENVY Inspire 7900 series [F7570B]._ipp._tcp.local.’ due to an error. Would you still like to create the printer?"
The printer is connected to a 2.4ghz network I created... Same with the desktop. I'm on a mac running OS Catalina. I've tried restarting the modem, computer, and printer. I've tried resetting the printer/scanner system preferences as well and am still getting the same result. This is a brand new printer too. I'm frustrated as I need to print some documents and can't do it.
How do I resolve this please?
