I purchased a new modem/router, Arris Surfboard SBG8300. I am unable to connect to wifi. I am using the HP Smart app which is able to see the printer as it is in setup mode (purple light flashing). The setup gets stuck in the second step, "sending network information". The X on the panel is red and the "i" botton is flashing. My computer is connected to the printer when I look in the network settings. I am stuck in this mode and finally the flashing buttons are off, still stuck on "sending network information. I have left it for over 20 minutes with no result. I have tried both 5G and 2.4G. I don't know what to do at this point.
