Photosmart C4795
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I'm hoping I can get some help on connecting my wireless printer to the WiFi. I got the Photosmart C4795 from a friend and since it has already been used, I'm unable to connect to my Wifi using the setup wizard. I also don't have the USB cable either. I've tried a ton of troubleshooting options but all have been unsuccessful. I'm at a loss of what to do. I reset network settings on the printer but this did not work. I'm wondering if there's some way to do a hard reset so I can start over and setup the printer to be on my network?

Hi @rwilliams57,

I'd like to help!

Before we try a reset, let's check if the wireless radio is working.

Could you print and share a wireless test report -

Press the Top Button to go to Scan Option

Press the Top button to go to Wireless Menu.

Run Wireless Network Test

 Keep me posted.
