HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

My Hp office jet pro 9015 doesn’t have a wireless option, it has been only allowing me to connect via Ethernet. Unfortunately today that also stopped working. I so far have, a reboot with my internet unplugging on both ends and plugging up again and nothing. I’ve also done factory reset, to get my wireless but also no luck. Can someone please help me.

@Janay0722, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

We will have to perform a factory reset on the printer to resolve this issue.

Note: If an ethernet cable is connected to the printer, the wireless radio will be turned off by default.

 

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
