Hi All,
need some help please.
I am trying to setup scan to email however irrespective of what email I use for the configuration I receive the following error:
Username or password is incorrect.
Ensure both user account and
password are valid.
I have the correct settings for:
SMTP server
Port
Encryption
User Name
Password
I have tried with my accounts across:
GMX, Mail.com, and Yahoo
Doesn't matter what I do I am getting this error.
Setting these accounts up in a mail client and sending emails works fine, therefore I know the settings are correct.
I have accessed my router and turned off all firewalls and this has not changed the situation.
