I recently switched Cable companies, Comcast to RCN. With RCN, my printer was working fine. With RCN I cannot find it on my laptops on my network. I went through the process to add the printer to my network and it says it is connected to the network. On the printer screen it provides a IP Address: 10.0.0.253, Network Name: ARRIS-516D and MAC: 44-1E-A1-FB-4C-63. But when I try to print it does not get to the printer. I even tried deleting the printer on my Windows 10 laptop and reinstalling, but it does not find the printer on the network. The other thing I noticed is on my printer screen, if I select Apps, and then Accept the terms of use and enable Web Services, I then said 'Yes' I want to Enable automatic updates. I get an error saying, 'Server Connection Error'.
