Hello,

 

I am unable to change the HPeprint e-mail address on my OfficeJect Pro 8020e

I have checked the printer itself, the hpsmart iOS app and the hpsmart online 

Nowhere does it let me customize the address it is currently random letters and numbers

It sounds like you might be doing this correctly.
