I am trying to turn my wireless connection back on, but everything is locked and it's not letting me unlock. I'm the one that set it up. I have no idea what I did, but I literally cannot do anything from my computer. The Network is correct on the printer, but it's not connected and the printer is showing as "offline" on the 4 computers I have that were previously connected to this printer. I have tried typing the IP address into a web browser and it's not working either. I have HP Smart open and can see the printer, but it is not letting me control it in any way and says "offline".
