Deskjet 3520
macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi guys, I just bought a used HP Deskjet 3520 and am having issues connecting it to my wifi network. When I got to wifi under settings I only have two options to connect to a network. I can either press and hold the WP3 button on my TP-Link router (which I tried many times and it didn’t work) or it gave me a WP3 code which I have no idea what to do with. I tried to looking up this issues and have found nothing. Not sure if I’m having these issues because it’s used and was previously set up with another network, but I would really appreciate any help/advice you can offer.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer: 1. Press the Wireless button to access the Wireless Settings menu. 2. Select Restore to Default. 3. Confirm selection to restore defaults.

Once done, then try connecting the Printer to the Wi-Fi.

Let me know if this helps.
