I’ve tried over 20 times to get the printer to connect to the WiFi and it still says unavailable on my hp smart app. I’m not very good with tech stuff. Help needed .

Click here for network setup using HP Smart but in a different language

WiFi Network connect using smartphone but could be done with laptop using HP Smart

If you do not have a smartphone you can use the WPS pushbutton method shown on page 7 of the users manual.

This printer uses only the 2.4ghz band and if you want to connect using WiFi direct to the printer then your PCs or smartphones need to be on the 2.4 band, not the 5ghz.

Hi sorry it’s taken so long to reply.  The printer still won’t connect to the WiFi. I even took it to a friends to try on their WiFi. Still no joy.  May have to resort to the old cable.
