HP Recommended

I just received a new T-Mobile router. Great router, but HP says the new technology is no longer compatible with this printer. I am attempting to connect with an ethernet cable from my new MacBook Air.  However, my MacBook will not recognize the printer.

 

Appears HP no longer offers a driver for this device. Apple cannot recognize it.

 

Any help would be appreciated!

You have connected the ethernet cable between new router and the printer and you have an active connection on the router on the port where the printer is connected?
