HP ENVY Pro 6432 All-in-One Printer
  • I have tried multiple times to connect my hp envy pro 6400 to WiFi. I cannot even cancel my subscription as it cannot find my printer and keeps repeating error occurred. Really need info on how to reconnect to WiFi and I have tried switching my printer off from the back. No purple light just switches off within the 3 seconds?

Hi @SHAZim

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

Use the Wireless button on the back of your printer to restore Wi-Fi setup mode.

  1. On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button

     for five seconds.

    NOTE:

Your control panel might look different than the following example, but the steps are the same.

    1. Wait for the Status light to turn purple.

    2. Within two hours, return to the app or software to find and add your printer and complete the setup.

You may also refer to this document for further assistance.
