I changed my internet provider and set up a new Wifi but now my printer will not connect. The HP Smart app cannot find the printer. The blue wifi icon is blinking on the printer and I can see it on my available devices on my wifi. I have done all the directions found on the HP site and cannot get anything to work.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only.
What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?
