Hi all.

I'm using an Acer Chromebook for work which requires me to login to windows 7 (virtually)

 

I am unable to detect or find the printer even with a wired connection to be able to use it. I am having to email documents to myself to print. Can anyone advise what I should do or how to resolve this?
