Hi i’m having trouble trying to connect to printer via mobile devices unable to print/scan eprint keep getting server connection error i do see it connected to my router i did change to manual dns address per previous post any help will be greatly appreciated

@Manny-1166_, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand you are not able to print from your iOS device. To assist you better, are you trying to print from the HP Smart app?

Did you download the app from the App Store?

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your Mac.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Also, check for any software updates on the iOS device

 

Restart web services on the printer

Click here to know how to turn off web services. Refer to this document to know how to turn it on.

If the issue persists, perform the steps mentioned in this document - Cannot Connect to Web Services

 

Use the AirPrint option to Print and check if that works. Click here to know how.
