Page 24 of the users manual indicates the printer can use the 5ghz band.
Please ensure the printer is on the 5ghz as the older 2.4 band has a lot of interference.
To force the 5ghz band use a different SSID for the 5ghz
You can also log into your modem and have it find the cleanest channels for both 2.4 and 5ghz bands
