My printer will print a test page the on button flashes continually as does the blue light on blue tooth it's an HP 2600 ALL IN ONE PRINTER
my computer had it recognised and it stated blue tooth was on still nothing
I would check printer in settings to see if items queued nope
I know printer works and my computer works I removed printer thinking that if I added again it might work but now my computer doesn't see it even though blue tooth is on
I notice on my hp app that it's an old WiFi network that's referred to but it doesn't say how to change that despite my phone being connected to that WiFi
I am so confused 😕 as to why it isn't being seen
It has to be something simple!

Hi @DonnaMack
Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.
Request you try below steps:
Uninstall the HP smart app from your devices.
Note: If there are additional printers listed on the HP smart app, they will be deleted)
Restore network settings to default settings - Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel together for 5 seconds and release it. This would erase the old network from the printer and would put the printer in setup mode.
Post that, re-download the HP smart app on your phone, open the app, and click on add printer on top. Select your printer and follow the on-screen instructions to get your printer connected to the network.
Once successfully connected, the wireless light would turn solid blue.
Refer to these document :
Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer
Troubleshoot a Wi-Fi connection to an HP printer
I hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Hi
Gulp that sounds complex I have zero techy knowledge but will try to locate the screens
I managed to delete the printer but there are 2 others showing which won't allow me to delete them I also see it states an old wifi network so I am trying to get it to show the new one yet the right network allows me to access the emails and other apps
I might need a clue as to where to access some of the steps but I'll have a go and get back to you
Does it matter re the email as I've changed to Gmail but the printer works on principle I have Hotmail which I still do but tend to use Gmail and just check Hotmail? Not sure if that is of any relevance
