I'm not able to consistently connect my Officejet 7110 printer to my computer. The power button light is on and the printer is connected via usb. I sometimes get a flashing alert light, but I've installed new print cartridges and nothing changes.  When I do finally get it connected, it will flash all lights after about 30 minutes of not using it. Then, I have trouble getting it connected again.  I've not been able to get the wireless setup to work consistently.

 

 I've done all the troubleshooting that I can do and don't know what else I can do.  Any suggestions would be helpful.
