My HP Envy 5055 printer is ON and I can see the solid blue light on it. I can print documents via the HP Smart app on my cell phone. However, from my Windows x64 10 machine, I am unable to print anything on the printer. I installed the drivers from here. The install process is able to find the printer but is unable to add the printer during "Network Device Installation" > "Installing Network Device..." process. Any tips?

Please uninstall the printer driver from root level and download the full feature software
1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer

7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the “Drivers” tab

10.) Select Ok
