I'm playing tech support for my Mom. I am trying to set up wireless printing to an older LaserJet Pro printer; however, it keeps asking for a password in order to get into many of the menus. I've tried to perform a factory reset and I can get only so far into the menu system and it asks me for a password. My Dad died many years ago, and with him the password. How do I get past the password prompt in order to perform the reset so I can attempt to reconfigure the printer and get wireless to work?
