I understand how frustrating it can be when you're unable to reinstall your printer. Let's try to narrow down the issue.
- What error message, if any, do you see when attempting to reinstall the printer?
- Are you trying to install the printer using a USB connection or wirelessly?
- Have you previously uninstalled the printer and restarted the computer before attempting to reinstall?
Try the steps below
- Try restarting both your computer and the printer before attempting the installation again.
- Ensure you have the latest printer drivers and software from the HP website for your printer model.
- If reinstalling via USB or Wi-Fi isn't working, try using the HP Smart app to set up the printer.
