Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301fdw

When I try to print wirelessly, my HP Laser Jet Pro MFP 3301 printer makes a sound like it is going to print but then it does not print anything. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, unplugged and reset everything multiple times and it still does not work. I am trying to print from my Dell laptop. I am able to print from my HP laptop using wireless direct, but when I try to do this from my Dell computer, it crashes. I have tried everything. Please help!!
