I am unable to turn on my HP ePrint. When attempting to turn it on, a message saying ""Access Denied", The service may be busy. Retry later. If the problem continues, check for firmware updates." There are no updates, and I have attempted to restart the printer with advice I got from another forum. When attempting to print from my phone, it says the printer is not available. It randomly disconnects and reconnects from my phone.
