My problem was I couldn't scan to my email got error message that Web services not available. I did follow advice that I should turn off the Web Services and then turn it back on, but one person had said they had to do this every time they wanted to scan. I did turn mine off and on and it worked and did this numerous times, it has kept on working so it seems to be fixed, at least for now. Does seem an awkward way to fix his problem that might or might not be permanent.

Anyway, good for now

Thanks
