Hello, i'm trying to connect my printer to the Wi-Fi router, but everytime when I'm trying to connect it with my android smartphone, but it always stucks on the step "Prepare the printer" and then it shows "Unexpected error has occured". I tried to connect the printer through the 2.4 GHZ network, and then the 5 GHZ network, but the result is still the same. The combination of pressing "Cancel" and "Wi-fi" button didn't help either.
