HP DeskJet 2732 All-in-One Printer

Hello,

I recently had to update my wifi to my printers( I have 2).

Once I was done, I no longer able to print on one of

my printers because it no longer is enrolled in instant ink.

But it was enrolled before the wifi update with no issues. How can I solve this issue?

@Doreen79, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If your HP DeskJet 2732 All-in-One Printer no longer prints because it is no longer enrolled in Instant Ink after updating your WiFi, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Verify the Printer's Connectivity:

  • Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your new WiFi network. You can do this through the printer's control panel settings.

Check Instant Ink Account:

  • Sign into your Instant Ink account.
  • Verify if the printer is listed as enrolled in the Instant Ink service.
  • If it is not, you may need to re-enroll the printer.

Re-enroll the Printer:

  • Remove the printer from your Instant Ink account and re-enroll it:
    1. In your Instant Ink account page, go to HP Instant Ink and select Update Plan.
    2. Click the Enroll a Printer button and follow the steps to enroll the printer again.
    3. Ensure you enter the correct serial number and other necessary details.

Update Payment Information if needed:

  • If there are issues with payment, update your payment method on the Instant Ink account page. Follow these instructions:
    1. Sign into your Instant Ink account.
    2. Click Account in the left menu, then Billing.
    3. Click Manage your payment method and enter all required information.

Restore Factory Settings:

  • As a last resort, you can restore the printer to factory settings and set it up again. Note that this will erase all previous settings, including network credentials.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
