We need to be able to use our phones, and two desktop PCs to print wirelessly to this printer. But if I get one set up, the others will not print to it.  Document sits in waiting mode and the computer that sent the page shows printer as offline.  Why won’t they all just print wirelessly via network Wifi?

Please download and run the following tool on not working computer to see what it sees

 

           ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/HPPSdr.exe

Thank you @BanHien but that didn't do anything 

😞  -  it said it couldn’t connect with the printer but acknowledged that it is there as it allowed me to pick it between my old printer (no longer hooked up).  IF we offline the 2nd computer then this one will start to work….we do not want this hassle!  Nor are we able to send anything from our phones to the printer.  Truly an unacceptable situation with this new printer. Need a solution. Why can’t we actually TALK to a person?!
