I installed a new HP black cartridge and ever since I get the "validating..please wait" for hours. I have plugged and unplugged the printer and I have also called tech support and deleted the printer and added it again and restored to factory settings.  But, no matter what I do, the printer returns or remains stuck on "validating, please wait." I've read all the other posts, b

 

I was told that it was an HP Maintenance issue and I'd have to wait at least 24 hrs. before they can attempt to help me again! I need it sooner! I've been without for 2 days already.

 

What else can I do??
