I have A laser jet printer MFP M28-M30. Verizon installed a new router / new WiFi address and password. Since then the Bluetooth light on the printer flashes. Nothing will print- computer does not find the printer no matter what I have done. I also cannot print from my phone. I am unable to find where to change the WiFi password to the new WiFi password in the printer . i have spent hours trying to figure this out, and there is no phone number for HP customer service that I can locate.

@SIS425, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer not connecting to the Wi-Fi!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Since your HP LaserJet MFP M28-M30 printer was previously connected to an old WiFi network and is now unable to connect to your new Verizon router, you'll need to reset the printer's network settings and reconnect it to the new WiFi. Follow these steps:
Restore Network Settings on Your Printer
- Turn on your printer.
- Press and hold the Wireless button (📶) and the Cancel button (X) together for about 5 seconds until the Wireless light starts blinking.
- This resets the network settings to default.
Reconnect the Printer to WiFi
Option 1: Using HP Smart App (Recommended)
- Download and install the HP Smart app on your computer or phone (if you haven't already).
- Open HP Smart and click Set Up a New Printer.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your new WiFi network by entering your new WiFi name (SSID) and password.
Option 2: Using WPS (If Your Router Supports It)
- Press and hold the Wireless button (📶) on your printer for about 3-5 seconds until it starts blinking.
- On your Verizon router, press the WPS button (usually on the back or side) and hold it for about 3-5 seconds.
- The printer should connect automatically within 2 minutes. Once connected, the Wireless light should turn solid.
Verify Printer Connection
- On Windows:
- Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners
- Click Add a printer and select your HP printer.
- On Mac:
- Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners
- Click "+" and add your HP printer.
Print a Test Page
- Try printing from your computer or phone to ensure everything is working.
Let me know if you need further help! 😊
Take care, and have an amazing day!
