Hi @IT_blore-smiore,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear about the ongoing issues with your HP Smart Tank 750 printer. Here are some detailed steps you can follow to try and resolve the network connectivity problems.
1. Restart Everything:
- Restart the Printer: Turn it off, unplug it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
- Restart Your Router: Turn it off, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on.
- Restart Your Computer/Phone: This can help clear any temporary network issues
2. Update Printer Firmware:
- Ensure your printer firmware is up to date. You can check for updates via the HP Smart app or the HP website
3. Reconfigure Network Settings:
- Restore Network Defaults: On the printer control panel, go to Network Settings and select Restore Network Defaults.
- Reconnect to Wi-Fi: Use the printer control panel to reconnect to your Wi-Fi network. Make sure you are using the correct Wi-Fi password
4. Use a Static IP Address:
- Assign a static IP address to your printer to avoid IP conflicts. You can do this via your router's settings or the printer's Embedded Web Server (EWS)
5. Check for Interference:
- Ensure there are no physical obstructions or electronic devices that might interfere with the Wi-Fi signal. Place the printer closer to the router if possible
6. HP Smart App:
- Please uninstall the HP Smart app --> restart the Device, Wi-Fi router and printer --> install it back and add the printer
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
