I am having the same issue. I've been troubleshooting for DAYS. The router does not have a button and you can't access the router settings. I've updated the firmware. Quantum switched the name and password of the router - still did not work. Yes, I have the HP Smart App -- but it's not very smart. It has my printer selected -- but it's not connected. Search resulted in two printers (at some point, a "(Copy 1)" was created. Both are showing offline and the app says they need to be turned on.
THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING. Come on HP, please please please provide a solution.
Anyone have other ideas on how to resolve??? Thank you for your help.

I spent a considerable amount of wasted time trying to get Quantum to help waste of time. I finally replaced the free quantum modem they provide with a netgear modem and all my devises that would not connect to Quantum's modem now connect and work. RIng, Extender, printer etc. I do not experience outages like I did with their modem. So my suggestion is spend $100 and buy a different modem. Good luck.

This may be a stupid question, but the original equipment Quantum gave me worked just fine with all my devices, including the HP8600 printer. Then they mailed me something called a 360 Wifi Pod and I had to install it to avoid losing service. Every other device in the house connected except this printer. I'm assuming the Pod is the router? I don't know if I can replace the Pod or not? My HP 8600 printer is still working great, it just won't connect to the router. AND I just spent $60 on a new ink cartridge right before this happened!
HP Please give us a solution!
