Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently switched my router from a netgear to a dlink product. Before, my printer on the network worked flawlessly.

The printer connected to the wifi...and the computer was on same network...and I was able to access the print and scan functions and the printer functioned as a true wifi network printer.

Now with the new product...the printer is connected to the network and the computer is connected to the network...but the printer cannot be seen by the computer. I uninstalled drivers to try and reinstall to get it to locate printer...and it will not see it.

I have tried so many start / restart / boot / reboot / install / uninstall options that I do not know what to do.

Please help.

Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

I understand your concerns and I would like to help. We need to check few details first

- Do you have any Anti-virus software installed on your computer? If you do, please deactivate it for now.

- Ensure the printer and the computer are connected to the same wireless network.
-Note:- This printer supports only 2.4GHz network. Do not connect it to 5 GHz Network incase your Router supports both 2.4 and 5 GHz
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, then the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both the networks.
