I usually put my printer away, since i don't really need to print or i don't use it that much. But why is my printer not connecting to the wifi or to stay in the same wifi network that i am using.
When my printer is on, the printer is already connected to the internet. but sometimes when i turn off my printer (same goes to when unplugging the power cord) and turn it back on, i have to reconnect my printer again. to connect to my internet as if i have a new printer.
Some point it will connect and everything is back on. But then again i power of the printer. when i turn my printer back. the network icon on my printer is blink meaning that i have to setup my printer again.
I turn off my wifi router and turn it back on but that didn't help.
This kept going on and on and its annoying.
The printer is already up to date
What should i do, How can i fix it?
Could it be the power cord. Does it have to be the same power cord or does it matter?
My Printer is a: HP DeskJet 3752
My computer running on is MacOS Ventura 13
My phone to print is iOS 16
i need answers please
thx from JV

Hi @jesusv125,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are facing wi-fi issues with your HP DeskJet 3752 all-in-one Printer when it is turned off.
I suggest that you follow the steps listed below to update the firmware from HP Smart App.
1. Go to 123.hp.com (Android, Apple iOS, iPad OS), or HP Smart - Microsoft Store (Windows), or HP Smart - Mac App Store (Mac) (if not installed).
2. After completing the printer setup, click or tap on the printer’s name.
NOTE: Menu names, locations, and available settings vary by printer model.
3. Under Advanced, select Printer Home Page (EWS) or Advanced Settings.
4. Click or tap Tools or Web Services.
5. Click or tap Printer Updates or Product Update, and then click or tap Check Now.
