Wanneer het HP ikoon op het bureaublad wordt aangeklikt, wordt de startpagina van HP (met scanner, inkt kopen, etc.) niet geopend. Geprobeerd wordt om de printer met mijn netwerk te verbinden, waarmee het al is verbonden, want het is mogelijk om te printen. Het is echter onmogelijk om verbinding te maken. Zelfs niet wanneer het ip adres wordt ingevoerd.

Tot mijn verbazing kwam het startscherm tevoorschijn na een update van drivers door HP. Helaas kon ik dat niet opslaan.

Mijn vraag is, hoe heeft HP dat gedaan , en hoe is het mogelijk voor mij om dat te doen

When the HP icon on the desktop is clicked, the HP home page (with scanner, buy ink, etc.) does not open. Trying to connect the printer to my network - which it is already connected to, because it is possible to print - it is impossible to connect. Not even when the ip address is given.

Until my home screen popped up after a driver update by HP. Unfortunately I couldn't save that.

My question is, how did HP do that, and how is it possible for me to do that.

Accidently I did what done several times before, which than doesn’t work than.. That is via the Microsoft start button come to HP and the HP photosmart 5510d series. This time the HP Printerhelp pops up. Apparently it works in this way after the update. So my problem is solved in this way.

It took me a lot of time.
