Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with the HP Officejet 7612 printer, I am trying to connect it to the new Wifi.
when I open the menu on the printer screen and try to access the wifi protected setup it tells me "Wirless communication disabled. Contact the network administrator or the person who set up the printer". How can I solve?
Thanks for the answers I will receive

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset, and re-initialize the printer.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next  to your profile Name or simply click on this link

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
