Our printer was not working when connected to a power strip. So, we connected directly to the outlet and it works. We replaced the power strip and it still is not working. So, we decided to replace the power cord. Called HP Parts. The women (from outside the US) gave us a part number and said we had to place the order from HP Parts. She could not do - we had to place the order. We placed the order and the part showed up and it does not fit a US outlet. Contacted HP to return the power cord. This was the email that we received.
WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Will be posting to LinkedIn and Twitter.
