Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

My printer: HP SMART TANK 580. I am not able to connect to my wifi. It was previously connected then we changed our wifi and now it isn’t getting connected making it unable to print things from my laptop/iphone. 

The scanner is working perfectly

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

1. Turn on your printer and make sure it is in a ready state.

2. Restore Network Settings:

Press and hold the Information button for 5 seconds until the control panel buttons light up. 
Press the Wi-Fi button 🛜and the Cancel button at the same time for 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi light blinks blue.

3. Connect to Wi-Fi:

Using WPS: Press the WPS button on your router, then press and hold the Wireless button on your printer until the wireless light starts blinking. Wait for the connection to establish.

Using HP Smart App: Download the HP Smart app on your device, open it, and follow the prompts to add your printer and connect it to your Wi-Fi network.
