Steps to Connect the Printer:
Power Cycle the Devices:
- Turn off your printer and unplug the power cord.
- Turn off the modem/router for a few minutes and then turn it back on.
- Reconnect the printer to the power and turn it on.
Check Wi-Fi Signal Strength:
- Ensure that the printer is within range of your wireless router.
Reconnect the Printer to Wi-Fi:
Via HP Smart App:
- Open the HP Smart App on your mobile device or computer.
- Select "Printer Setup" and follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your wireless network.
Via Wireless Setup Wizard (if available):
- If your printer has a touchscreen display, access the settings or network menu.
- Select “Wireless Setup Wizard” and follow the prompts to enter your Wi-Fi SSID and password.
