Hello HP Forum!
I have a Tech Support Specialist user that upgraded to the new Edge and now can't launch Web JetAdmin from his local machine due to WJA requiring to be launched in IE (for what I am assuming is the use of .NET). Is this being addressed soon? I know the company will be moving away from IE soon and I want to be sure that us Tech Support guys still have access to WJA as it has been a very helpful tool.
As a side note, we only have two seats available on the server and I am using 1 being the main point of contact for WJA and printer issues in general and the other is needed for the server admins/management from time to time.
Any information is appreciated!
Thank you,
-Paul-
