Hi @Js749 ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're experiencing connectivity and printing issues with your HP DeskJet 2622 All-In-One Printer. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issues:

Connectivity Issues:

Check Wi-Fi Connection:

  • Make sure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer or mobile device.
  • If the connection is lost, try reconnecting the printer to your Wi-Fi network. You may need to enter your Wi-Fi password.

Restart Printer and Router:

  • Turn off your printer and then turn it back on.
  • Restart your Wi-Fi router.

Update Firmware:

  • Check if there is a firmware update available for your printer on the HP support website. Updating the firmware may resolve connectivity issues.

Printing Blank Pages:

Ink Levels:

  • Check the ink levels on your printer. If the ink is low or empty, replace the cartridges.

Print Head Alignment:

  • Perform a print head alignment to ensure that the print heads are properly aligned.

Clean Print Heads:

  • Use the printer's software or menu options to clean the print heads. This can help remove any dried ink and improve print quality.

Test Page:

  • Print a test page to see if the printer is capable of producing color. If the test page is blank, there may be an issue with the ink cartridges or print heads.

Check Settings:

  • Make sure that your print settings are configured correctly. Ensure that you have selected the correct paper type and quality settings.

Reinstall Printer Driver:

  • Uninstall the printer driver from your computer and reinstall the latest driver from the HP website. Outdated or corrupt drivers can cause printing issues.

Paper Quality:

  • Use high-quality paper that is appropriate for your printer. Low-quality or incompatible paper can affect print results.

Additional Steps:

HP Print and Scan Doctor:

  • Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool from the HP website. This tool can automatically diagnose and fix printing and scanning problems.

Factory Reset:

  • As a last resort, you can perform a factory reset on your printer. Keep in mind that this will erase any custom settings, and you'll need to set up the printer again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
