After 3 hours and 12 customer service agents, I was told that this is a "hardware" error. Nothing specific, just hardware.

 

note - my warranty is expired so that was one of the main issues with them not giving me any exact info on what the issue was. 

Please check if your warranty is expired and if so, by a post warranty and HP or Office Depot (wherever you purchased from) should be able to get you a replacement if necessary.
