Product name: HP  Office Pro 8600 Plus  All-In-One Printer. Product # CM750A

Printer is 10+ years old.....has always worked great. Now computer shows it's offline & the power button on the computer is slowly flashing but won't turn off or on?   when I open the side door (as to replace ink carriages) the carriage  does not slide over. Has it just died?

May you refer to the power button of the printer?


What do you see on the printer screen? This would help much to get some better understanding of the problem.

Hi.

The printer screen is blank it won't light up.

I was thinking after I posted my question that this might have something to do with me allowing an upgrade?

Which I just did a day before I tried to print something. As I said, it's always worked great & now...nada 😞
